Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of your purchase date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. Merchandise refunds will be issued for the original purchase price minus the original shipping fee.  All returns must be accompanied by a receipt from  Please note: that some items such as furniture, mattresses, strollers and car seats are not returnable, but are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and will be addressed and taken care of immediately by the manufacturer.
Personalized Items: All personalized item orders are final sales. We cannot accept any cancellations, or returns due to the nature of our business of providing personalized items. 
NOTE: For hygienic reasons some products are non-returnable for the health and safety of our customers, such as breast pumps, breast pump accessories, bottles and bottle accessories, potties, etc. 
Please note in the product detail section whether the item(s) you are ordering is(are) returnable.
Restocking Fee: Please be aware that there is a 10% restocking fee for returns and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sales of All Clearance/Sale Items are Final (unless there is a manufacturers defect). Defective Merchandise will be replaced by the manufacturer.        

Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval by our Customer Service Department. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable in the original condition with all-original packing material, manuals, and registration card(s).

Simply email  with the following information:

1. Date of Purchase and Order number
2. Product number and/or product name
3. Reason for return
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

Our Customer Service team will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition with all-packing material, manuals, and registration card(s). We will issue a full refund for any item that meets these conditions.

For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge.

Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle. will refuse all returns without an RA number.
